Tour & Gourmet Peruvian Cooking Class

Begin your day exploring Cusco’s living history — once the capital of the Inca Empire. We’ll start with the majestic Cathedral, a masterpiece of colonial art featuring cedar-carved altars and paintings from the Cusco School. Continue to the Qoricancha Temple, the most important shrine dedicated to the Sun God, whose perfectly polished stone walls still shine beneath the Santo Domingo convent.

The tour continues through the impressive archaeological sites surrounding the city: Sacsayhuamán, with its massive stone walls; Qenqo, a ceremonial site carved into rock; Puca Pucara, an ancient red-stone fortress; and Tambomachay, the temple of water, where Inca fountains still flow with purity.

In the afternoon, enjoy a private gourmet cooking class. We’ll visit San Pedro Market, where your chef will guide you through the vibrant ingredients and aromas of Peruvian cuisine. You’ll then prepare a pisco sour and two traditional dishes, ending with a refined tasting paired with white wine — a perfect blend of flavor, culture, and art.

Later, enjoy a gourmet buffet lunch at a restaurant surrounded by lush gardens and spectacular Andean views. The afternoon continues in Ollantaytambo, a living Inca town that preserves its original architecture — cobblestone streets, water channels, and houses built on Inca foundations.
